THE TRACE will allow residents to maintain an active independent lifestyle and also give them peace of mind knowing that they can enjoy the following amenities without a buy-in fee.

  • 24-hour in house staff
  • 24-hour emergency pull cords in every unit
  • Studio and one bedroom units
  • Three meals daily
Assisted Living Services
At THE TRACE, we understand that a person’s needs may change and that is why, in addition to our independent living program, we also offer assisted living services. A TRACE staff member can assist you or your loved one with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, ambulation and medication reminders.

THE TRACE will allow residents to maintain an active independent lifestyle and also give them peace of mind knowing that they can enjoy the following amenities without a buy-in fee.

  • Wall to wall carpeting
  • Variety of comfortable community areas

Memory Care
The Trace also offers Memory Care Services for those Residents who live with Alzheimer’s disease or other related forms of dementia. With a separate Den, Living Room and Dining Room, the furnishings and decorations are specifically designed to create a peaceful and homelike environment. The staff receive additional training in understanding the specials needs of these Residents.

The monthly fee for Memory Care Services includes the following:
  • Private apartments with spacious bathrooms
  • Elegant main dining room
  • Choice of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Activities
  • Bathing assistance
  • Ambulation assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Housekeeping service
  • Laundry service
  • Call system in each apartment
  • Utilities
  • Fire safety and sprinkler systems
  • No buy in fee and monthly rate guaranteed for one year
For an additional fee the following are available:
  • Internet and phone services
  • Barber and Beauty services
